RULES OF THE Farmhouse:
- Booking confirmation: the booking is considered valid when the written confirmation has been received from us;
- Offers: the proposed offers cannot be combined. Eventual adhesions to packages and offers are always to be agreed before arrival.
- Payment: 30% down payment upon confirmation and balance upon arrival. The reservation will be considered valid only upon receipt of the down payment by bank transfer or credit card. Upon arrival, a credit card will be required to guarantee any extras..
- Check-in/Check-out: on the day of arrival the rooms will be guaranteed from 16:00 to 21:00, on the day of departure we ask you to vacate them by 11:00; Check-in outside the scheduled times will not be guaranteed. Any extension of the stay beyond the check-out time includes a 30% surcharge on the cost of the room and must be agreed in advance with the hotel based on availability.
- Pets: Pets are not admitted.
Rebates
- Kids 0-3 stay free in bed with parents.
Kids 4-9 in room with parents get a 30% discount - Guys aged from 10 years onwards are charged the same rates of adults
